Many of the properties seem only to be willing to rent for 5 months until students/Airbnb returns
Question; in the climate of "no evictions", will 5 months actually 5 months?

If the contract is for 5 months, but due to government emergency legalisation and the tenant doesn't move out on the 4th month and ends up being there for 7 months, does the tenant get to claim Part IV rights, or does the time the tenancy there gets "paused" during the eviction ban?

So if the LL is not allowed to evict someone, how do they end the tenancy if the tenant refuses to move after the 5 months? Does the clock of the tenancy keep ticking?

I wonder how messy could this get?
