    HI,

First time poster - I work for an environmental cup company here in Dublin and due to the pause on the economy we are adjusting our business in to something new until it is safe for reusable cups to be back on the menu. We're hoping to launch a small coffee bike selling hot beverages using locally roasted coffee (hopefully helping them keep afloat too!) over the summer months June - August (government restrictions pending).

€0.10 of each sale will be donated to front line workers for the full three months and really we're hoping for this to be somewhere the community can get behind but the problem we're finding is we cannot think of places to park it.

We're hoping to have it in use 4 days a week minimum, but the city council have quite tight restrictions around the casual trading license available and the parks department have e-tender processes in place which run for three years when available. Other councils here in Dublin are struggling to know who to talk to.

Any locations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated even outside Dublin.

Irish Rail / CIE Group Property often list locations outside train stations available to rent; on their own land and I'd presume with existing planning permission. One of the DART stations along the coast or the Maynooth line stations along a nicer bit of the canal would likely have passing leisure trade as well as commuter traffic.

The OPW own the Phoenix Park and St. Stephen's Green park, along with a lot of other properties.
