Pipe Cleaning hose stuck in soil pipe

I had a blocked downstairs toilet and found drain outside was blocked. I managed to clear it with the use of drain cleaning hose and rodding pipes. But then, I thought I would clean out pipe with drain cleaning hose and managed to get this stuck and cannot remove.

The drain cleaning hose is flexible type which connects to power washer. It feeds itself through the pipe with the use of pressure washer. But somehow it has become stuck and no amount of pulling will free it to get it back out.
From drain in picture, the soil pipe turns left after about 1-2 foot and then travels up to right turn, which then I believe has a straight path to the downstairs toilet. My rodding pipes will only go as far a the second bend, too inflexible to make the second turn, but the flexible hose has gone around that bend - I used a camera connected to rod to see that far.

I am really stumped as to how the hose is stuck and am considering cutting hole into the pipe (with dremel type tool) at the right junction as it enters the house to see if I can see and free the hose. The bend is partially under the house and cemented in.
I would then plan to replace the pipe piece I removed with the use of waterproof repair tape.

Any thoughts on a better idea or if this is a really bad idea?

    Thanks.

Are you rodding in direction from junction back up to toilet.

Do you think you could pull the hose up through the toilet if you were to flush down a rope to tie to it (holding on to one end, of course)?

Any chance you could continue to feed it on to the toilet, and get it from there?

I'm not entirely sure from your description but waterproof tape is a patch not a repair

This is used to repair when you have to break through sewer pipe

I'd say it's after doubling up or kinking....

Can you let it on another little bit and keep turning while at it to try free it..

Id start with spinning it tbh.

Had double posted earlier as boards had crashed when adding attachments.
I have now updated thread with attachments to show soil pipe and where I was thinking of cutting into..

And to respond to replies so far...
listermint - I have tried twisting, spinning, pushing, pulling and it really is jammed.
punisher5112 - Doubling/kinking does seem the most likely scenario, but amazed at how strong a hold that has
99nsr125- Agreed, proposed fix if I do cut pipe is a patch rather than proper repair, but see picture now attached, pipe is right up against foundations and would really need to cut into bend to have any chance of getting better angle to pull hose out.
blackbox / Corkey123 - Had not thought of that. It's a good idea, and better if I had a rope! Given how tightly stuck it is, would be worried that it would never get through the u-bend in toilet, but it might help to dislodge it. If only Lidl had their rope special on now!

I assume you rotated both ways and not just in one direction.

Disconnect the toilet from the waste. Is it possible you could try it from that end.

In terms of rope where abouts are you located?

It's a confined space and no way of getting to waste pipe without taking toilet off itself...and that's a bit more outside my diy comfort zone...

I'm in Raheny, but thinking about the rope idea, I've tried flushing toilet roll down toilet and it's not coming through, so very likely a rope would get stuck wherever the hose is stuck.

    Take the rods out .
Turn on the power washer as if you're cleaning the pipes,
push the hose up the pipe as far as it will go.
with the water still running pull back sharply on the hose,
twisting it at the same time.
    Edit;
You'll be able to tell if the hose is kinked by the amount of water coming back down .
Which attachment were you using ?

Breaking that pipe on the bend would be a right can of worms.

Just to update on end result here....Hose is finally out since yesterday.
I had tried everything, hose on with pressure washer, pushing, twisting, pulling, shaking and pouring water down from toilet and could not free it.
Managed to flush a string down, but it broke when trying to pull back up.
Ordered a rope which arrived yesterday to try using that and whilst trying to get that down toilet with buckets of water and shaking hose to ensure it would come past....suddenly hose was free and came out easily. No obvious kink, so still not sure how it was stuck!
Thanks to all for tips and advice.
