Actually doing it is *relatively* easy but they're extremely disciplined.

Disgusting, immoral even that that much food is available for one person to basically eat like a pig... meanwhile there are people starving in the world..

I mean wtf is he eating the runny eggs with his hands for ??? FFS!!!

Most of those who do these 'competitive eating' contests tend to throw up everything once it is over.

It is very American to make eating competitive.

These people must have serious health issues but how are some so thin

They train hard to be able to eat so much. The reason why they are skinny is because a skinny person's stomach can expand more than a far person. If they ate like they do in competitions all the time they wouldn't be skinny and would have health issues.

Do you think that athletes that regularly cut weight for competitions don't have health issues?

Competitive eating is for sissies, competitive drinking is where it's at.

Competitive drinking is only the first stage , exhibition drinking is where it's at.

While I do like to eat, competitive lazing would be more my thing.

    As Bobby George would say.
    Doubles for flash
    Trebles for cash

Darts and drinking.. going hand in hand

One of the most sought after records is in oyster eating. The current record is 233 oysters in just 3 minutes. I like a dozen oysters myself with a pint of stout, but 233 of them?!

Friendlies are only for craft beer drinkers and hin drinkers.

Exhibition drinking is when you go out for a pint in say your local in Dublin and wake up in Carlow.

    Watched a few videos myself.
They are mad. It goes against everything youre told and even common sense.

Like slow down. Chew. Enjoy the food. Don't be a gluten. Don't eat like a pig.

Yeah, but that's not going to rack up the YouTube views, and therefore increase income is it?

It's competitive eating. Not normal eating.

You should try Dilisk seaweed, cracking stuff with a pint.

So do many competitive things. Here why don't we run 42km? You'll want to die, you'll be incredibly dehydrated and exhausted. You might need medical attention, you'll almost definitely throw up...

what is wrong with people? like how much is this guy making for eating a huge pizza? where is the skill in stuffing your face with junk food? and then 5 million people watch it for some reason. there is no hope for humanity.

Yeah but I mean as standard. Like what we all do every day. Enjoy food. So seeing these guys do that is just weird. Goes against what we normally do. Which is enjoy food.

I've watched quite a few randy santell videos over the years. It's nothing new to me :pac: everytime one video pops up in the YouTube feed I do go what a waste :pac:

Fair play they're making money tho. Once you've seen a few I don't see the need to watch more tho

5,000,001 after you'd watched and added to his income.

5 million views would be worth north of $10k, depending on the types of ads, profile etc
