Can anyone recommend me some good companies that sell reasonable priced pre built systems in Ireland please

I think your best bet are UK based companies that ship to Ireland.
For example, PC Specialist have created an Irish website: https://www.pcspecialist.ie/
Even when they only had a co.uk website, they could give you pricing in Euro, including delivery to ROI, and apply Irish VAT for orders.

Similarly, Scan, Overclockers and CCL offer pre-built systems for Irish customers.

Gaming, home office, light internet browsing?

Not to Hi-Jack your thread or anything but was about to post similar myself so for the sake of duplication.

Hopefully someone here could help point me in the right direction.

I'm looking to get in to gaming, mostly Assetto Corsa with a VR Setup - also used to play a lot of Flight Simulator back when FS2004 was on the go. I'd like to look ahead a bit in terms of what will be adequate to run the new Flight Sim 2020.

Ideally looking to spend about €1k on the PC itself - maybe my goals are unrealistic. I've had a browse online but just overwhelmed with what options are out there now.

When I was last playing around PC's a 256MB graphics card was a big deal :D

Maybe some intelligent human can help point in the direction of a decent gaming setup circa 1k

First, get over to the Building and Upgrading forum. Read the stickies, then use the template to post your request. You will receive some suggestions from some very knowledgeable people, like K.O.Kiki and TerrorFirmer.

    Good luck!

Would you not consider buying the parts and putting it together yourself. With all the online resources it really is not that difficult and all your money goes into the parts for your build.
