Flooring cost?

    Hi all,

    Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

    Recently bought a house, had a little bit of renovation to do, just bought some laminate flooring for the downstairs (70 m2) . Got it all for 1200.

    A neighbour of mine is a floorer but I know he won't charge or if he does it'll be criminally under priced so does anyone here know what it would usually be to put down a laminate floor on 70m2 downstairs? All previous carpets etc have already been removed but I want to pay a fair price for this work.
