    Hello,

    I am looking to buy 10 pre-paid smart phones. Looking for the cheapest option as the phone will be used temporarily during COVID crisis. Its to facilitate Old folks in nursing homes to video call their loved ones as they may never be able to see each other (hope I'm wrong) again.

    Thought I could pick some in Tesco but couple of places i tried are out of stock. Preferably I'd like to pick 'em up as online delivery could take forever.

    Needs to be smart phone so the guys can do video calls

    Are the phone repair shops open? A refurbished Android phone from recent years would do the job, and they are probably still open. Failing that, I'd ask locally online to see if anyone has either access to stock, or donations of used handsets.

    Alcatel 1 or Alcatel 1X
    are the cheapest android a smartphones available with front facing camera for video calling
    - €50-60 price
    on app google play store on the mobile phone download skype or WhatsApp to be able to use video calling
