    Hi all.

I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of somewhere where I can get a decent price on an ignition lead & coil pack for a VW GOLF 1.2 DSG auto. Must be the Kildare area

Will you be fitting them yourself? If not then just get mechanic to get them.

Can't fit them myself - have a physical disability

Did you not get these sorted the other month?

You'll find it tricky to get somewhere to fit them at the moment as garages were asked to close for non essential work, so most places shouldn't be operating.

Same still applies, replace the coil, all leads and plugs or you'll just end up chasing the problem around.

I remember but was unsure if you could DIY. You’re better off having mechanic source them as if you get the wrong parts or they fail, it’s on you.

Try https://naastyres.ie/ I’ve seen them open most days and they can source and fit for you, they might even collect your car and return it to you.
