Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Belling Gas cooker leak. Repair or Replace.

We have a belling range cooker, electric ovens and gas hob roughly 6 years from new. Gas smell coming from underneath it so got engineer to check it and confirmed leak is in the cooker. Engineer's view is it's hard to get repairs done ( Limerick area) and likely will need to replace the cooker. Appreciate any advice on this. Is it worth trying to repair since new ones are €1000-€2000?

Why don’t you contact Belling and get their opinion?

If a repair is possible I would expect it to cost significantly less than replacing.
