The one I am looking at has actually low mileage
Great condition, everything all in order, just wondering whether it’s a good idea

You'd need to give a bit more info to get advice. But assuming it's a 3 or a 5 series you can't go wrong with either really assuming it's in good condition. Timing chain sorted by then (I think) and once it has a decent spec it's a good buy once you don't pay over the odds for it.

Are there issues with air suspension failure in 2014 Touring models?

On the 5 Series yes, the air bags are well known for failing as is the compressor. The 3 Series doesn't have air suspension.

Assuming it is a 5 series:

    Failing suspension airbags
    Potential N47 timing chain issues
    EGR failures/recalls
    Corrosion on leading door edges
    Water ingress (Google "Yellow grommit")
    Failing Headunits
    Rear anti roll bar corrosion

Best to buy with BMW's very good 2 year warranty, if not go in with your eyes and wallet wide open.
