    Hi does anybody know if the New Emperor Chinese restaurant in Donnycarney/Beaumont is open at the moment? I've tried phoning but no answer and nothing online either.

    Dunno about the New Emperor, but the Far East in Santry is open for online orders and delivery to door.
    I use the "Easy Dish" app on my phone to order and pay.
