Noticed a lot of late night activity at the train station in Balbriggan last week there were two large vans and a few workmen last week didn't know who they were but they were there several nights usually after 10pm. This week noticed there are new led lights up at the train station. Are these guys deemed essential workers?

I'd imagine that lighting workers are essential all right. The lockdown is the perfect time to get a lot of that stuff done, with little or no traffic.
