ICOM f610 programming

    Hi all I have an icom F610
    I would like to program it to use it for PMR

    When I tried reading the radio I get no response
    I have been told that it's locked and needs a codeplug to over right the lock.

    Have any one here have a codeplug for the ICOM F610
    Or
    Do you know how to factory reset it
