Are there any figures on what percentage of the property that comes to market actually sells? If the property does not sell is it kept on a list somewhere? I was watching a guy in the US who finds property like this and approaches the seller directly. Seems like an excellent idea assuming there was a legitimate reason the property did not sell (probably rare in the previous few years I'll admit).
