    So we made a payment in Feb on the TV. 72 euro. Money left the bank but sky never got it. Since Feb the 6th we are chasing them for a resolution to this. They said that a call transcript would work. Took month and half nearly to get it. The bank said it had to be in writing. Sky would not put it in writing. Said it was not their prob the bank wouldn't take it. Said I should get an app to transcribe the convoto paper myself. Isn that unreal. Gonna lose our custom because they wouldn't write a wee letter for us. Mad ****
