    Hi Folks,

Has anyone due to travel with TUI from 8th June to 30th June changed their holiday yet?

I'm due to travel on June 10th which at this stage is, according to them going ahead - although, I do personally think it will be cancelled. They are looking for the final payment this week.

I'm not currently in a position to pay the final balance due to covid lay-off (€4,200) - has anyone managed to get a voucher for their deposit rather than transferring?

    Thanks
    Bhoy1967

what did they say when you contacted them?

I contacted them by mail and just that I need to pay the balance - see below:

I have checked and unfortunately at the moment we aren’t offering credit and we couldn’t offer a longer extension.
If you paid the balance and were to later change the dates the payment would carry on over and you wouldn’t lose the deposit.

sis in law was told if they pay balance and its cancelled they will get refund

I'm open to correction but would say you be waiting a while if they do refund
as you say you cant afford balance, you might lose deposit
