Looking for a pair of Shimano 105 5600 3x10 shifters Replacing Tiagra 4600 shifters for the 105 version which I believe has integrated cable routing rather than out the side of the shifter that the Tiagra 4600 have

Pretty sure its 5700 series you are looking for - the first 105 series with concealed cables
5600 are the same as the 4600 you are replacing i.e. cables routed from the side of the shifter

0
