Hi all, I'm looking to have a parcel collected from a house in the UK and delivered to a tax authority (DVLA) in the UK. Does anyone know what happens if DPD are unable to deliver a parcel to that authority, say for example if they are closed due to coronavirus. Is there an option for the parcel to be returned to sender?
