Anyone know where I could get 2004 VW passat serviced in Galway city? Are mechanics working? Thanks.

Specifically need 2 x brake pads and disks done as need to travel to work during crisis.

How bad are the current pads?
    Are they squealing during braking?

I don't know any mechanics open for sure, but a quick look on facebook shows some results you could ring www.facebook.com/Mobile-mechanic-Galway-941225175999169/ or BestDrive Headford Road (used to be Advance Pitstop).

Alternatively, buy the parts and change these yourself.

Thanks. The rear are fairly squeaky but at least front set were done last year. Yeah doing them myself could be an option alright.

the lads at Kevin Burke tyres should be able to do that for you if they (or you) can get the parts.
