Online Cat Supplies Recommendations

Hi guys, we have a four-year-old Norwegian forest cat, which we adopted from our local animal rescue as a kitten. I've been feeding him taste of the wild dry cat food bought from zooplus.ie since we got him and have been using tigerino cat litter from the same website. When I got him I asked here for advice and that was what was recommended.

I'm wondering are these still good ones to go with and is zooplus.ie still the best website or are people recommending other stuff now? In terms of quality/value for money.

I also want to change his litter tray (which has got a crack in it) and food/water bowls if anyone has any recommendations? He tends to make a mess with his food which goes all outside the bowel if there is one out there that can prevent this happening? Thanks!

I generally find zooplus.co.uk cheaper than the Irish one - even after paying for delivery - if the order is big enough. Better select, too.

I kept having patement problems with German site so I stopped using that.

Whatever about the food, I realised very early on that there is absolutely no point paying a fortune for cat litter - the cheaper ones do the job every bit as well. I usually get the 10L bags in Aldi for I think €1.59, Lidl are a similar price.

I buy the litter trays in Dealz for €1.50, I prefer to change them quite frequently so I wouldn't be happy to pay more than that.

TK Maxx generally have decent quality food and water bowls, I got a set with a lovely wooden holder there. Not much good till they reopen though!

Great thanks for the advice! Will give that litter and litter tray a go, makes sense to change to change more often, although maybe environmentally its not the best!

I find the litter trays in Dealz a bit on the small side, though they are good and deep. Your Norwegian Forest cat may be a bit too big for it (my parents had a female one and she was a big cat!).

Yeah he is quite a large cat actually, not massive but definitely on the big side. :(

This is what he has at the moment - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001G0FHZG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
