Browsers don't remember my YouTube audio level settings not premium

    I'm not going Premium ever.
    Each time I run another video, the audio goes up to full again.
    Is this intentional by YouTube since I use a free YouTube account?
    Any way around this?
    PITA but I'll put up with it if no way round

    It's not because you have a free account.
    It's some other reason.
