HKC Quantum 70 Sabb Battery Issue - Help!

    Hi all, I’m really hoping someone can help me. We have a HKC Quantum 70 system.

    We have a fault that I need advice on please.

    The fault is - Sabb 1 states RF Low Battery ‘faults found’. We replaced the batteries in the external box (12 batteries CR123 type), then reset but the fault hasn’t gone away. Having thought the batteries may have been no good we replaced further with top of the range Duracell and the fault still exists.

    I’ve tested all batteries and all are ok (current).

    I’ve even removed the Sabb from the system and then added back but fault still states low batteries.

    Any idea what this could be? Thank you!
