I have a nice deployant clasp for an older watch that takes an 18mm strap. The issue is that pointy end of the strap is held via friction toggle and the clearance for the strap thickness is very small. I'd say less than 2mm. I have a lovely vintage leather strap to go on it but it is way too thick. Any advice on how to…
