    Hi,

Has anyone shopped from there before? Are they good quality?

Depends what you're after! Their dresses have a very certain look that you don't often see replicated by cheaper brands. The outlet in Kildare Village can be good value (obviously closed at the moment).

I don’t think the quality for certain items is great. I’ve worn a few bits from there and unless it’s a leather jacket I dont think the clothes withstand the test of time. I would say look at the fabric type before buying. Silk and leather would be worth the cost polyester viscose dresses not worth paying full price.

For similar price point Maje and Sandro are a better quality.

Thanks. I looked up both of those clothes sites @ Teach30, they are fab but out of my budget, I only ordered from AllSaints because the items were 80% off, although I got a very good deal, they were still more than what id normally spend. I bought a leather bag so hoping that lasts and a dress that im hoping to wear when this pandemic goes away and we can all go back to normal.

The dress is unusal, nothing ive ever seen in somewhere like New look or River Island and it looks like it would fit really nice.

Well you know what then you should get it. I usually wait for sales too in the likes of maje. But if something makes me happy and I can see myself wearing it in lots of diff ways then I’ll usually go for it! Also if it’s a colour that will easily match into your wardrobe then it’s another reason to get it.

If it doesn’t suit on arrival returns are easy. Just beware of the fabric quality, hand wash etc. Happy shopping!

Thats it, it's worth it and I can always send it back if it doesnt look right.

    Thanks for the helpful reply

Honestly, I've a lot of All Saints clothing but while I like the style, the quality is not great.

Are they even sustainable? How do they justify the price?

I don't believe they're known for being particularly sustainable. Like they're not branded as such, although like lots of companies, I'm sure they're trying to make sustainable noises these days.

I think they just trade of the "desirability" of the brand.

Maje and Sandro are both worth a watch during sale times, and I also like Sezane. I think those French brands trade off being good quality moreso than the likes of All Saints which is IMO a fashion brand.

I've come to really love Maje, usually pick something up in both the Winter and Summer sale each year. Their cut fits me well. Kildare Village is a great one for them too!

All Saints surged in popularity in the mid-late 2000s, lots of money to be spent in those years, and in terms of other culture, indie/rock was taking over as the pop music of the day and it had a massive influence on fashion, and All Saints was a leader of that look on the high street.
