Nature camera

I would like to purchase a nature camera to set up in fields behind my house. Ideally, I would like to livestream it, as well as video record/stills. I am mostly interested in nighttime footage, so infrared is a requirement.

I don’t really know where to start, in terms of quality price and specifications.

There are cattle in the field as well, so the camera would have to be outside the electric fence, i suppose. Also, they will be constantly triggering any sensor beams, so will that run out the battery/memory capacity really quickly?

Would love some advice and guidance on how to proceed. My budget is limited to around €200 or thereabouts.
