Is this a good or bad time to start purchasing parts for a new build? Is plant capacity low due to shutdowns, or has demand dropped off a cliff due to the people out of work due to all the plat shutdowns etc, limiting outputs and putting presuu=re on prices anyone know?

I've seen prices on parts creep upwards as stock dwindles - manufacturing & shipping has been hit a bit.
It's also hard to tell how much Brexit is affecting everything.
