Traditional hay meadow needs rejuvenation

    About to close up my glas meadow, looks like it could do with slurry or 0:7:30, are you allowed spread slurry or does it have to be dung. Can you spread chemical fertiliser as long as no nitrogen?

    As far as I know you can apply slurry if its injected or with traling shoe. Not sure on the bag fertilizer. Sure put some 0 7 30 along with it whose to know😊

    Think you are allowed up to 1 bag of CAN per acre for nitrogen or equivalent.
