In a post Covid Ireland , would we see an increase in home offices being made /constructed sought in houses ?

I dont know what are the current norms around this as the planning permissions should be the same as for any thing else in the house , but would grants or perhaps companies encourage /sponsor in home offices being made more of now ?

    Spare bedroom = Home Office.
It’s always been done. It’s also done in houses where you cannot meet the min area for a bedroom, or a window is not allowed so it’s classed as home office/study.
