Rang Eir on Friday and was offered broadband for 29.99 a month with a connection fee of 150 euro or a two year plan at 34.99 and no connection fee.

Rang back this morning to book and im told that its actually 44.99 for two years and that i must of heard them wrong which i know i didnt.

    Anyone else been offered this??

Not familiar with their offers but you mention ringing to book this morning, was that just to get an installation booking or to enter the contract? Had you already verbally agreed a contract on Friday or were you just inquiring about their best offers?

If they offered and you accepted then you have a verbal contract and could ask for the call recording to be pulled to confirm that. If you didn't sign up on Friday then they are free to change their offer in the meantime.

Seems to be still available online:

I'd say just try another sales rep or signup online.

I thought 24 month contracts weren't allowed anymore.
