Need to cancel an order I made today

    Hi Richersounds, 

    I placed an order today on your site for a TV. I've found the solution to our problem wasn't the tv itself but a plug that was missing. I'm trying to get in contact with you before anything is posted in the hopes of cancelling the order. Is it possible to PM a representative through here? If not, I'll call again in the morning.

    best way is to email us :

    SALES@RICHERSOUNDS.IE 

    if you could email us asap so we can try to stop the shipment as if the item is delivered our couriers are currently unable to do collections from Customers until after the Covid-19 situation is (hopefully) resolved.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
