Transferring entitlements

    Anfamioynmember which is retiring from farming is wanting to transfer his entitlements to me. Is it just a matter of completing a transfer application on agfood or is there a maximum number of entitlements I could have with the number of acres farmed.

    You have to be farming a hectare for every entitlement, It's easy enough to transfer them.
    Transferring entitlement without land can mean a clawback of 20% to the national reserve also there could a tax implication
