    Hi folks,went for a walk a couple of weeks ago along the river-walk in Arklow...beautiful spot and nice walk.Is there fishing along this spot and if so who controls it?

    I hear it’s great for Brown trout....


    ....but I’m not casting a rod until they complete the water treatment plant!
