    Hi

I have a PCP with yourselves and got a letter to say that the final payment is due on the 24th of this month. Is it possible to arrange to continue to pay the usual monthly payments for the next few months and push the final date out until later in the year?

    Hi Frecklesjack,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today.

If you would like to arrange alternate repayment options for a PCP, you can email bif.credit@boi.com. Rest assured one of our colleagues will be happy to go through your options with you.

If you prefer to call, the number would be 1890 66 44 66. Their lines are open 9am-5pm.

    Many thanks,
    Richard
