Walker 32in smart tv WiFi problem

Hi my walker 32in smart tv won’t connect to my home WiFi. It was working fine when I first got the tv and set it for the first time. Now it won’t even recognize the WiFi. I have tried resetting the tv and the WiFi. It has no problem with any other device in the house. Any help grateful????

Is it a mobile phone hotspot or proper broadband ?
