Specsavers Advance hearing aids not working

    I have changed the battery in both but no message to say Right side working etc.
    I did cheat them the other day but noting out of the norm.
    Could the batteries be all duds?

    Were the batteries kept anywhere where it could get very cold?

    It seems when my bluetooth head set died, it locked them to the headset
    They reset when I re started the headset
