Fire stick TV problem

Hi, So we changed BB and now I can't pair my fire stick with either it's normal remote or the remote I have on my phone I need both the remote and the fire stick to be on the same BB obviously, for them to pair on work, but the firestick is not on any network at the moment. Any help, most appreciated.

Hi,
