VW Finance repayment not taken this month

    It might be due to Covid-19 but has anyone else, that has finance with VW Finance, not had their payment debited from their bank account this month?

    Mine was due out on the 1st but hasn’t been debited from my account.

    VW Finance aren’t taking calls so I emailed them and haven’t had a reply yet.

    I’ve tried finding info online the potential issues but haven’t found anything.

    I dont have a vw bank product but i heard that there is some change in how they are collecting payment and that some may experience a slight delayed payment request.
    Nothing to do with covid.
    Surely they wrote to you?

    There are a few posts over on the pcp thread. Apparently it is a known issue. Payment will be taken shortly.
