Change of use cost- commerical to residential

    Hi I am considering investing in a property in a town and I am wondering what cost it would be to get change of use from commerical to residential.

    Currently it consists of a vacant retail unit downstairs with ancillary accommodation upstairs.

    The property has been vacant for a couple of months, it is in a mainly residential area so there should be no real issues I getting the planning, just wondering if anybody here would have a general idea of the cost of getting planning.

    There would be little work needed to the exterior of the building so it would have little impact in that regard.

    Any help on this would be appreciated, thanks.
