Sky are sneaky

    Seeing as sky reps have stopped allowing people talk on the forum I thought I'd send this. Lost job 3 weeks ago. Sky bill was due 10 days ago. Paused sports and xtra as per instructions. Have been tryin to get onto them to downgrade the whole package. They cut my service off this mornng. When I finally got through after hours they said I still have to pay the month dor the sky sports and sky sports xtra. Just letting u guys know. They will not take a call to downgrade a package and wil just stick you on hold.. They have no loyalty to customers whatsoever..

    Nothing new there tbh.
    Sky are all bells and whistles when you are signing up but when you want to cancel/downgrade/reduce service, they don't want to know.
    It takes so long to get through to cancellations and that was before Corona.
