There seems to be a lot of noise coming from the docks on a 24/7 basis. it sounds like containers being dropped on a constant basis, even throughout the night.

Anyone else hearing this? Are they ramping up the loading/unloading of ships at the current time for any reason?

I took a walk down Burke's Hill and along Tivoli yesterday and did notice a lot of noise but just assumed that it always sounds like that on week days when I'd never be near it.

    1. In this type of weather, noise travels better.
    2. There is much less traffic and other noise to drown it out.
