I work within the office of a company that provides an "essential service". The office is a separate building to that which provides this service

This job can be performed remotely, as can the other roles in the office, however our employer has categorically stated that this will not happen. In fact, we have been told that if there is a confirmed case in our small building, the person with the confirmed case would have to self isolate, but the rest of us would report to work as normal?
