Excessive Quarterly Bill

    Hi there,

I received a quarterly bill today for my father's farm for €1161.08.
Now, if you look at previous bills, this is about 58x the regular cost so I am positive there must be a billing discrepancy here. (Last bill was approx. €20!)

I will not be paying over €1k for water use of a farm that a) is not an active farm as my father is retired and there are no cattle etc. b) it is a tiny farm and impossible for 1083.492m3 water to be consumed in such a short period of time?

As this is not an active farm, I would also like to enquire as to how to close this account off as there is no water consumption happening, therefore, no charges should be made.
I would greatly appreciate a call back on this matter as I have already wasted €€€ on hold trying to rectify this issue on the phone with no answer.

I do appreciate it is a difficult time for everyone at the moment but I would appreciate resolution to this matter in as timely a manner as possible.

    Warmest regards
