Self-directed pensions

Hi folks, finally getting around to starting a pension this year and am looking for one I can control myself. I was put off starting one because of the bubble in stocks that's been building the last couple of years. Ideally all I want is the ability to go between an index fund and cash if possible. Doesn't look like there's such an option easily available when I Google it. Anyone ideas?

Giving OP a starting point from which they can search & compare. It meets their criteria of facilitating going from cash to ETFs in a self directed manner.
What are your thoughts on that service offering?

There are many alternatives to Davy's. Getting proper advice is vital.
