Can I ask. Does anyone have the 2005 version of this document? I can only find as far back as 2008 and that's only on the internet archive. It's not on the department of agriculture website anymore…

Yes. Sorry I put the wrong link.

I did manage to find the document I wanted in the end. But it was from 1998 and not 2005. Appears to be revised every 10 years.
