JSA Bank Payment DIRpnt1

    Hello,

    I applied for JSA bank payment with form DIRpnt1 just before my payment last week, which I collected at the post office last Tuesday. I haven't heard anything back from intreo and I went to collect the double payment from post office today but she said there was nothing on it. I also checked mywelfare.ie and there doesn't seem to be any payment record there either.

    Can I expect to receive payment to my bank account some day this week does anybody know?

    What can I do for food if I don't receive it this week?

    Contact your community welfare officer in the local intreo centre to see if they can get you set up with a temporary emergency payment known as Supplementary Welfare Allowance

    I think it's community welfare officer or community something officer anyway. you can find their number if you look up those words followed by the county you're in and intreo, on google!

    Same situation here. I called my local social welfare office today, Thursday is the day for bank payments.
