Trying to revive a remote control car. Steering working fine . Wont drive . Relays will engage when remote is pressed but no power to wheels . Motor on wheels checked and ok . Will get about 0.1 volts on motors when engaged

Faulty relays? Just cause they are clicking doesn't mean they work.

I metered the relays and yes not switching over but all three on the board ? No reverse or forward

one relay used for forwarded and one for back. It’s unlikely that all 3 are faulty?

I metered all 3 and didn't see any change over on any of them . I know relays , switches and resistors but I'm not good with circuit boards . I did try a bypass and wheels ran but also blew out a track which I repaired .

I'd split the circuit in two. The low current side of the circuit that triggers the relay, and the higher current side of the circuit that powers the motor. Are the relays always clicking when they should be? And as was said above, are you sure that the other side of the relay is actually making contact.

I had a similar issue with a relay before. Heard the click when the voltage was applied, but as it turned out there was no continuity on the other side of the circuit. The contacts were completely covered in black carbon which insulated the contacts.
