Taxis and CoVid19 some useful links for drivers and passengers

The NTA making some movement now that taxis have been classified as an essential service. If you use a taxi it would be good if you and the driver followed these suggestions particularly the contact tracing.

"Essential service"? How can it be.

For example, the current guidelines are that we must all practice social distancing of 2 meters.
This is impossible in a taxi and it could be a means of spreading the virus,(driver could have it or any passenger)

Given now that buses have segregated seats for this very reason, the NTA expecting taxis to work is wrong.
