With time off for the next two weeks or so I'm getting a few jobs around the house. I came across an old android box it's an m8, it has custom ROM installed.
Just trying to tink what I can use it for.
I have smart TVs in most rooms.
    Any ideas?

Use it as a network drive running a media server for local files.

Go old school and use it as a mp3 server.

    Any guide on this??

Looked up and said sambadroid, but cant get windows to connect

Tried solid explorer and got the ftp client to connect via web browser on phone but that was only internal and cant get pc to connect. Maybe the box needs to be hardwired so the same network as pc?

When you think 100gb on google one is a euro, free if you have credit over and you can link it to kodi
