I have been unable to log into my eir email account since Friday.

I tried to log in, and the message 'user name or password not regonised ' appeared.
I changed the password, and it said to wait 40 minutes. I waited over an hour and the same message appeared. I have since changed the password twice and still no joy.

I tried to ring technical support, but it asks for my account number. I moved from eir a year back and don't have an account number. I have been using this email address for years and everything is going to it.

Anyone have any ideas how I might get access to it. as I don't think eir have support for non eir customers?
