Due to the recent lockdown, ive been left with the unenviable task of finding a trampoline for my son's birthday. Any idea where is still open that sell them?

Maybe order online from Northern Ireland or England. I ordered some tools from England today because the shop here closed last night.

Wait for the next storm, then take a trip down the nearest motorway, you're bound to come across one. ;)

Smyths are still doing order online and home delivery and they stock trampolines.

We just bought a BERG trampoline. Was delivered last Wednesday. Expensive but worth its weight in gold. Only for it I’d be driven nuts the last few days. Nimble fingers Stillorgan order them (not sure if they are still open but it’s all done over phone). And there’s a few other places that do them aswell. They come from Holland and I believe the factory that manufactures them is still open.
